We will show you how to map out a simple grocery list so you know what to buy at the grocery store, and leave nothing to guesswork. Average person spends ~$45/week on groceries for 21 meals at Walmart or Trader Joe's. Our process will cut down on your time in the grocery store with most people getting in and out in under 15min.

Our interval based "HYBRID" workouts use only the newest and most proven methods of interval based training to tighten, tone, firm and basically melt fat!

Interval based training is so effective that a sustained metabolic effect (increased caloric burn rate AKA increased fat burn rate) can last up to 48 hours after a single 30 minute workout!

I HAVEN’T WORKED OUT IN A LONG TIME. CAN I STILL DO THE WORKOUT?


Of course! Our Xtreme Weight Loss program is geared toward ALL levels of fitness, and everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend signing up for a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals with our experienced coaches before class.




I HAVE ISSUES WITH (PART OF THE BODY). CAN I STILL DO THE WORKOUT?


Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise, in addition to offering a low-impact exercises and alternative exercises in place of whatever restrictions you may have.




I’M PREGNANT. CAN I STILL DO THE WORKOUT?


If you’ve already been doing programs and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our coaches are great at keeping an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby, and we can help get you back into shape!




I’ve heard the classes are intense; do I need to be in great shape to do the workouts?


It doesn’t matter if you haven’t worked out in a while or have never workout before, you can finish the workout feeling great! You’ll see that everyone goes at their own pace, but believe us that once you’re start, you’ll be inspired to give it your very best!




I’m new to Working Out; will someone show me the basics?


You bet! All of our programs are taught by instructors who will show you the ropes from the beginning. We’ll help you through each workout and walk you through the basic fundamentals. Everyone in our program is at a different level, so take a deep breath and go at your own pace!




WHAT DO I NEED FOR THIS PROGRAM?


Definitely a water bottle and a towel. Each workout is different, but usually dumbbells. Your coach will go through each workout with you and let you know excatly what you need.




HOW DO I GET STARTED?


Click on any of the “Get Started” tabs on this site. You will then be prompted with instructions on how to book a time to go over the program with your trainer / coach. Your trainer will contact you with details.




HOW MUCH DOES your programs COST?


Our rates and fees vary based on your needs and what program is best for you, but your transformation session is FREE
